Vibro Shifter / Vacuum Vibro Shifter
VibroShifter is a circular unitary gyratory screen with a wide variety of uses for separating the mass composition of solids from solids and grading materials according to particle size.
VibroShifters are designed to create multiple plane vibrations using a specially designed Vibratory Motor (Built specifically for this purpose) with eccentric weight. The motor is positioned vertically in the centre of the screening assembly on a circular base by springs, allowing the unit to vibrate freely.
Vibrations are absorbed by the springs and not communicated to the floor. The top weight creates horizontal vibration, causing the material to migrate across the screen and toward the Periphery. The machine is tilted as a result of the lesser weight, causing vibration in the vertical tangential axis. Variable control of the screening pattern is provided by the angle of lead of the lower weight about the top weight. As a result, the material flows across the screen as well as vertically and tangentially, allowing for maximum screening.
VibroShifter is a rotating vibrating sifting machinethat can be used for sorting, scaling, and scoring in the pharmaceutical, chemical and food industries.
